MILITARY AND GSA CLAIMS ASSISTANCE
Dependable Relo makes every attempt to treat your goods as if they were our own, but accidents do occasionally happen. We are dedicated to resolving all claims in an equitable and timely manner.
There are special considerations for our military family claims, and our expertise in this area will ensure that your claims are handled as quickly and professionally as possible.
Military members needing to file a claim need to go to the official Department of Defense DPS portal. Once the information has been electronically forwarded from the DPS site we will establish your file and assign your case to an adjuster. Please keep the following in mind when filing a claim:
GSA transferees needing to file a claim can fill out our online claim form.
- Please retain the damaged articles, including shipping cartons. These items must be available for inspection.
- Please have shipping documents available at time of inspection.
