CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM MEMBER
Dependable Relo is looking for great customer service professionals. Our team members assist customers through the sometimes challenging relocation process to insure they are informed during the entire move.
Candidates must be able to manage the details of multiple customers insuring each customer receives individual attention. You must have proven phone and computer experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to address and resolve problems relating to service delivery. You must also have a strong desire to be number one in the industry, be self-motivated, and a team player. All team members are measured on a monthly basis on how their customers view them via our post move survey process.
